TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.atlasuslabs.com and any purchase you make from Atlas US Labs ("Atlas US Labs", "we", "us"). By entering the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or otherwise legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

All products sold by Atlas US Labs are supplied strictly as reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, are not approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use, and are not for human or animal consumption or any diagnostic or therapeutic application.

You are solely responsible for the lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal of any product you purchase, and for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and institutional policies. Misuse of any product is a breach of these Terms and voids all obligations of Atlas US Labs.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices, product availability, and specifications may change at any time without notice. An order is not accepted until payment is successfully captured; we may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or intended misuse.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems. Order totals include a flat shipping charge (waived above the threshold shown at checkout) and applicable estimated tax.

Because these are research materials whose integrity cannot be verified once they leave our control, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after payment is processed, and we do not issue refunds. Full details, including our replacement-only remedy for confirmed carrier loss or damage, are in our Shipping & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

We ship within the United States only. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and we are not liable for carrier delays.

Accounts are optional. If you create one, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All site content — including text, product imagery, logos, and the Atlas US Labs name — is owned by or licensed to Atlas US Labs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

Products and this site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Analytical documentation, where provided, describes the tested batch only and is not a warranty of suitability for any particular application.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas US Labs and its officers, employees, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from use or misuse of any product. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas US Labs from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site or any product, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
