No. Guest checkout is always available. Creating an account simply saves your contact, billing, and shipping details so you don't have to re-enter them next time, and gives you an order history page.

Flat-rate $9.99 within the United States, and shipping is free on orders over $150. We do not ship internationally at this time. Full details are on our Shipping & Refunds page.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday and typically dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

All sales are final. Because of the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once payment has been processed. Confirmed carrier loss or in-transit damage is handled with a replacement shipment.

Yes — every order automatically includes one complimentary 10 mL bacteriostatic water vial at no charge. They're added to your cart as a $0 line item at checkout.

Yes. Third-party analytical documentation is available on request — email support@atlasuslabs.com with the product and, if you have it, the lot number from your vial.

Lyophilized material should be kept sealed, cool, and protected from light until use. Handling, storage, and disposal are the responsibility of the receiving laboratory in accordance with its own safety protocols.
